3 hour course for leaders to safely use a Dutch oven and prepare various meals in the out of doors. Content includes: buying and caring for cast iron cookware, distributing coals safety and correctly and cooking techniques for meal preparation.
Prerequisite: Platform Tents OR Firebuilding and Outdoor Cooking, 30 days prior to taking this class. Class will be given in October at Timberidge. |
