Laughter yoga (Hasyayoga), a practice involving
prolonged voluntary laughter, is based on the belief that voluntary laughter
provides the same physiological and psychological benefits as spontaneous
laughter. Done in groups, with eye contact & playfulness between participants. Learn the health benefits of laughter yoga by participating in a session.
