Financial Assistance Request Form Acrobat file

 Each year, we accept donations and have fundraisers which make specific assistance (scholarships) possible for weekend participants.  Scholarships (excluding class fees) up to 50% of the event fee are available to volunteers that reside in the Girl Scouts of Greater Atlanta Council or to instructors regardless of council.  If you are a non-instructor participant residing outside of GSGATL and need financial aid, please contact your own council for possible scholarship assistance.  We will be happy to verify any details about our event with other council offices.

Scholarship applicants must submit a financial aid request and be approved for financial aid PRIOR TO registration. We regret that we are no longer able to grant financial aid retroactively. Financial aid requests will be reviewed and finalized promptly by our registrar. The registrar will then send the applicant a discount code for registration.

Do not send the aid form to Council.  Please send it to us as we self-fund our scholarships. You may either email it to mountainmagicleaderweekend@yahoo.com or print it out and snail-mail it to our registrar: Marie Wright, 146 Rambler Inn Rd, Jefferson, GA 30549.
